1. Definitions

4. Account Registration

5. Account Security

6. Deposits & Withdrawals
6.1 Deposits
All deposits to your imaju88 account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. imaju88 accepts Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, Public Bank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq, subject to availability. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. imaju88 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the Member's own payment source.
6.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. imaju88 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes for e-wallet methods and up to 1 business day for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required under applicable anti-money laundering procedures.
6.3 Currency
All transactions on imaju88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Members are responsible for any currency conversion costs arising from deposits or withdrawals made in currencies other than MYR from their payment provider's side.
6.4 Anti-Money Laundering
imaju88 maintains Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies consistent with applicable international gaming authority standards. imaju88 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any Member and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable law. 7. Betting Rules

7.2 Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the imaju88 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member. Bets are final upon acceptance.

7.5 In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at imaju88's discretion, particularly around critical moments in a match. Bets accepted during a suspension will be voided.

12. Intellectual Property

14. Suspension & Termination
14.1 imaju88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where imaju88 reasonably believes the Member has breached these Terms & Conditions, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk of harm to the Member, third parties, or the Platform.
14.2 Upon termination for cause (breach of these Terms), any outstanding bonus funds will be forfeited. Real money balances held in the account at the time of termination will be assessed in accordance with applicable AML obligations before any release is considered.
14.3 Members may request account closure at any time by contacting imaju88 support. Prior to closure, any active bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining real money balance will be returned to the Member's designated payment method.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
